Could anyone there tell me how to distinguish a certain sprint spikes?

PLEASE READ: Some says that sprinting spikes do have more spikes, their spikes plate is rigid and it's has a more prominent taper(the toe pointing upward). .

While some sprints spikes don't have much prominent taper and also have few spikes, and while the other distance and cross country spikes also has a very pronounce taper.

So that's I get confused and ask this question to you. To which should I believe?

The one who explains best would be the best answer to me.
