Alright, I'm wondering if it would be possible to layer a repeating background over a fixed background. Does anyone know any good ways to achieve this?

That isn't quite what I'm looking for; correct me if I'm wrong, but your page uses frames to achieve that effect, right?
I'm not looking to have two different windows on one page; I'm essentially trying to layer two backgrounds over each other-- one that repeats, and one that's fixed. I'm not sure how to explain it any better, though. =/
