This photo was taken around 4 months ago at the age of 16, less than two years prior, i had lost 30 kgs of Body fat. I have since struggled slightly with a slight Eating Disorder and the idea of Body building has scared me as i hear they have to eat HEAPS of food nearly constantly. I've worked hard and focusing mainly on cardio and keep a diet that is free from junk food. My eating disorder days have finished however i feel that weight lifting (i have a multistation gym) is way more effort and harder to get motivated then just banging out half hr on the exercise bike daily.
Could anyone offer experiences or tips on gaining muscle and turning that body, from slight Definition to completely toned & ripped? Also some tips on eating more & of the right foods? Im 17 now.
