We are a start up recruitment company, we are into recruitment and now we are planning to enter into staffing services. In that regard i require some information about staffing Activity. I want to know:
•What are the procedures of staffing services?
•What are the different structure of staffing?
•What is the current market rate based on which staffing companies bill their clients.
•What are the legal aspect to be consider in relation to staffing
I would really appreciate in somebody can brief me about the above mentioned queries as currently i have few clients who require 50+ candidates who will be working on our payroll
