Which parent would the pups resemble most?
I am serious about this question. It is something I have wondered about.
Good replies all so far. I realize the problems of breeding a very small dog to one so much larger; the old joke punchline is 'someone put him up to it'. (ouch!) Artificial insemination would probably the best way to accomplish this mating. I have real doubts that a female Chihuahua could bear pups from a Great Dane male.
I also wonder what kind of mutt you would get from a Labrador/Rottweiler mix.
