I've been trying to get off the computer more and go for a walk every day for about three weeks. About a week ago, I started trying to jog about 1/8 of a mile when I go for my walk. I felt fine while I was moving, but when I stopped, I started coughing real bad and I thought I tasted blood in the back of my throat. It had that same metallic taste, but when I licked the back of my hand, nothing was there but spit.
I tried ignoring it and not jogging, but it happened again yesterday when I was play-fighting with my brother and he hosed me down with some air freshener, this time I couldn't stop for so long he was about to call for help.
I thought about going to my doctor and talking about it, but the last time I talked to him about this he told me it was just because I was/am overweight, and it should go away as I get down to a healthier weight. It's been getting worse as I lose weight and get active, the blood taste only recently appearing, so I'm a little confused about what to do.
