cost to get a phone upgrade on a Verizon 2-Year plan? And hows the blackberry storm?

one of verizon's things is that after two years you can update your phone for a discount of the regular price....i'm ready for an upgrade and am looking around and i really want a blackberry storm.

so this is really 2 questions:
1.) how much does verizon take off the price of a phone when you're getting an upgrade
and 2.) if you have a blackberry storm, do you like it?
