The answer depends on the extent of the damage on the bumper. Minor repair with paint may cost a couple of hundreds of dollars, while replacement and paint of the bumper may cost more. I would recommend going to a reputable auto body shop for an estimate.
 
If the bumper is repairable a mobile scratch and dent company can do it for less than $300 on-site.
