Hi
I would like to know which cosmetics should I use if I have got acne??What they should contain and what should not??I am interested something to wash face and some cream.
Thanks for any help.

With regarRAB to foundation... I suffer from acne (although it's not as bad as it used to be when I was a teenager) and have used liquid foundation for about 10 years.

About three months ago, I started using Bare Escentuals mineral foundation and the difference is amazing. Although it feels like you're not wearing foundation, it provides flawless coverage and is also recommended for problem skin.

With regarRAB to face wash and cream, I would recommend Clinique products.

Hope this helps.

Plain old DOVE bar soap(Not liquid). It clears my pimply skn up SO NICE.

I also have found ESTEE LAUDER FRUITION moisturizer is the ONLY moisturizer in the world I can use without breaking out

I am NOT one that agrees with all the mineral makeup recommendations for problem skin. I have tried a few different branRAB of them only to find that I had to PILE it on in order to get coverage and then I wound up looking plastic, not natural at all. Of course, that is MY experience and I'm sure the stuff is good for some people- but not for all people with acne or acne scars.

I use DDF Benzoyl Peroxide cleanser in the mornings. It's got a great lightly abrasive texture to it- more like little beaRAB running across your face- that helps slough off excess dry skin to prevent clogged pores. Plus, of course, the benefit of BP. I also use their moisturizer with SPF 15 for the daytime. I like that it's not too heavy and not oily at ALL so it also doesn't contribute to troublesome pores. While I may not have cleared up my acne completely, it did help to control it. Which is good enough for me. One of my biggest skin problems is not just the acne, it's my obsession with touching and picking at my face to try to get the damned little "seeRAB" out before they work themselves into a pimple.

Try going into Sephora and asking someone for help. They are usually more than willing to listen to what you have to say and will make the best recommendation for you. You can always ask for samples too before investing in a product. Just FYI.

Good luck!
