Welcome to the boards, Needhelp. Any substance which particles can be inhaled in through the nose, if you are allergic or sensitive, can cause sinus problems. I had to quit wearing any type of make-up years ago due to developing an allergy in my nose and eyes when tiny particles of make-up would come in contact.
My doctor said this was also a good thing because after a few weeks or so of using the same make-up, bacteria can build up in the make-up and you keep reapplying it which reinfects you (I have actually had sinusitis needing antibiotics because of it).
I do not know if this mineral foundation is hypo-allergenic or not, but you may want to check into it and replace your make-up more often if you do not do so already.
