Corrupted Flash Drive?

my flash drive recently corrupted a couple of files when i connected to a mac and ive connected to this computer multiple times before

one of the folders wouldnt let me delete it so when i got home i formated it on a vista and it said it couldnt complete the formatting

now when i go to access it and it just says this disk needs to be formtted before use and it still come ups as being unable to complete

any idea how to fix this or some program i can use?
