i have a tmo 8700 thru my company... i want to get the 8320 next week to replace the 8700, but will i be able to get a better deal going thru the corporate rep and trying to pay out of pocket or can i call tmo and tell them i'm a corp customer and get some kind of discount?

Corp rep would have a better chance of getting you a larger discount. Not saying that they will be able to get you different pricing then cust care, it depends on how large your company is and how much they spend.
