So, I'm pretty new to digital art and programs, and just bought my tablet a few days ago. I've been using Corel Paint Essentials 4, which came with it, and have been really, really like it, but have been having issues with putting lighter colors over dark. I don't know if I'm doing something wrong or not noticing something, but I would love some help considering I'm new to all of this.
