I know where the site is but need to update to the latest version and can't for the life of me find the link for the download.

Can anyone point me in the right direction?

O.K. but I am a registered user and just need to "update" (not purchase) Core Media Player.

Is there a download for that?

I'm finding that customer service is (unfortunately) lacking.

You can re-download from the same link you did when you first bought the product. The same link Mobihand sent you the first time.

If you lost the link, you can contact MobiHand. They should be able to look up the purchase record for you. Coreplayer also has its own forum that provide supports.
