I have an orchard which conducts business throughout NY State. We recently had an online service create artwork which we than had made into decals on our trucks as well as signs for the farm. I want to protect the image though I'm not too concerned about the name being copied as it is a family name. Both the copyright and trademark and patent office offer services to protect business logos. I want to find the simplestand cheapest way to protect the image. Could ssomebody let me know which protection to use. Right now I am leaning towards the copyright. Thanks.
