I have a friend who *borrowed* some photos from my dad that I had taken. He told my dad he would put them onto a disc. I noticed he has put them on facebook and has claimed it is his. He admitted to me that its my picture, but refuses to credit me for it. I feel used, cheated and angry that he advertises as a photographer but has refused to concede to my copyright. Its not that I don't want them to be used - more that he is claiming they are his, what can I do?
