i have this name for a business and im worried about copyright laws. im not going to use the same name but as an example, say the name is Dracula. i know it is a very commonly interpreted character, so that's why i wonder what the laws or rights are? say i wanted to name it Dracula's Sweet Shop. i was thinking about changing the spelling of Dracula.. for instance write it Drakulla, would that alone be okay? im just worried about it and i like the name i chose but i dont want to get caught because of copyright laws or something. and i know obtaining rights to use a name is expensive. but i mean, its just the name of a business.. its not like im going to making a movie or something.
