Copyright infringement level 1 from Verizon!?

I received an email from verizon for a notice of claim of copyright infringement. It is considered level 1 and it is for the movie Inception. One of my friends must have downloaded it, while over at my house. I really am not sure though. So how worried should I be? I absolutely can't be sued over this because I am a poor college student. I will make sure nothing is ever downloaded illegally on this internet again, but again how worried should I be if this is the first email I have ever received about this? Thanks
