Copying Favorites from Google Maps Mobile?

Hi,

I have recently bought a new phone (Nokia 5800 XM). Have been extensively using G Maps on my old phone and had subsequently save more than a 100 favorites locations on Google maps (hard work, seriously)

Now is there a way I can copy my favorites from the G maps on my old phone to the G Maps on my 5800.
