I'm entering a competition and it says I need to own the copy-rights which I obviously do since I shot my photos. I don't own a business but I do have galleries on a few sites, including DeviantArt. Now I was wondering whether that is enough of a proof (regarding competition, my own website is also desired and I was thinking of putting my DA site).
Another thing, say I create my own website and I make a profit, I probably need a licensed business? It can't just be a hobby that's going great, right
