Copy Games To Sidekick LX?

i have a sidekick lx with a memory card in it and i have connected it to the computer and i want to copy a downloaded game to it i have 2 folders music and DCIM how do i copy it onto there and were do i find it on the phone
SOrry its a Sidekick 2008!!!!!!
