cop said i was doing 35 in a ten and he used his eyes to judge?

i was in an apartment complex and a cop pulled me over and give me a ticket saying i was doing 35 in a 10 and that he used his eyes to judge can this stand up in court
 
Probably not, but you can certainly argue it. I would think that a traffic cop can tell visually when someone is going 20 miles over the speed limit, especially when it's supposed to be 10 mph. Depends on the judge you get.
