Long story short i went to court for a tobacco possession ticket that i got when my friends got caught smoking weed in a parking lot by a security camera.
During my trial one of the cops lied and said all four of us were passing the joint around in the car.I did not have it in my hand at ANY point.
I said, "Can I SEE THE VIDEO!? Does it show me with the 'marijuana cigarette' in my hand at any point? You have no proof that i was smoking"
The judge said "It's too late for that. You should have asked for it before."
If i do acquire the video, can i report that c#$*sucking pig for lying? But I'm pretty sure those pieces of filth got rid of it
