cooling system help with 1994 chevy 2500 - 350 motor?

i keep getting bubbles in my cooling system, heat not hot, motor over heating. i changed head gasket/ intake gaskets already but still keep getting bubbles in the system. i cant see any leaks. i have burped it for about 3 hours, trying to get air pockets out. it has plenty of coolant - - - any suggestions? thanks
