Im doing a complete upper gasket change while im fixing the leak under the tstat housing. Is it true that the intakes have 2 gaskets, but as you look at the "V" shaped engine block, there is about a 2" space at the transaxle end that requires just a bead of RTV? Looking at Haynes and asking around it seems that way. That is where my leak is. Is there anything else I can use to seal it a little better??
Thank you for your help. Indeed I do have coolant leaking from just under the tstat housing on transaxle side (drivers). At least I know the problem and can fix it. Thanks again.
