coolant cap for toyota celica 1992?

my coolant keeps over flowing and i need a new cap thing, how ever i do not know where to get one nor do i know the name of the cap it looks like a long hose with a cap attached to it. so if you could tell me what it is called or give me any hints that would be appreciated
 
any auto parts store would get a new radiator cap.

If you're overflowing, it could be something more serious, like maybe a stuck thermostat, with the excessive pressure it'll force antifreeze out somewhere.
