Cool Time-Lapse Photography Ideas?

I have a camera that does time-lapse photography and I'm looking for ideas. For example,
-I am thinking of going to a GrandFather Mountain to video tape clouds rolling in.
-I have done an automobile trip from Ft. Lauderdale through Georgia.
-Melting Ice

What would make a cool time lapse video?
