I'm having a girl over on Saturday night who is lactose intolerant. I was planning on making my Fettuccine Alfredo dish or maybe some veal, but it seems like all my recipes involve heavy cream and butter (that's probably why they are so good). I've never noticed lactose intolerant people to not order dishes like these, maybe I just haven't been paying attention. Are these going to make her sick? That would put a damper on the evening.
