Cooking--what can I use in place of milk..please help!!?

I am making mashed potatoes and I just realized I don't have any milk and it's to late and freezing to go borrow any!!! Is there anything I can use to make them taste ok without milk? I mean I guess I can use water in place of it, but it's not gonna be as good. Anything I can add????

Thanks I just used water instead od milk and added lots of cheese and it was great!!
