I make my own tortillas and I have always done cooked them one at a time on med hi heat. I got tired of cooking them one at a time so I got a griddle and it has temps between 200 and 400. What temp do I put it on for med hi heat? Please help me. I want to make a bunch today but I don't want to waist them because I can't get the temp just right.
I can't cook them on too low of a temp or they get tough and if it is to high, they are burnt before you have a chance to do any thing about it.
