K Katie B New member Mar 13, 2011 #1 I have prepared a rack of lamb for dinner however I'm not too sure on cooking times for it. There are two racks, both have 4 cutlets on it and I like it cooked medium/well. How long will I need to put it in the oven for? The oven is gas.
