Cooking Oil + Wine = Bad or Good? Will people get sick after wine fermented more?

After we empty a wine bottle, I put cooking oil in it. Thinking it will make the cooking oil more tasty. When we cook, we sometimes put oil, then wine, so I thought put both together should not be bad. After few month, I notice the oil start look cloudy. The wine bottle have nothing inside but little left over wine. Do you think the wine get further fermentation?
I still using the cooking oil to cook, but start worry, if it will he hurtful?
Will it turn into food poison?
