Hey, so I'm planning on making a sponge cake, and I found this great recipe, the measurements are in grams/ounces and I live in Canada so we don't use that kind of measurement system. I tried looking up the measurements with an online converter but It was really confusing! So if any of you could find the measurement of these in cups/tbsp/tsp/mL, that would be fantastic! 10 points to the best and clearest answers!
Here are the measurements:
# 190 g / 6.7 oz sugar
# 95 g / 3.3 oz flour
# 55 g / 2 oz corn starch
# 45 g / 1.6 oz butter, melted
