I have lamb top round that I will be cooking tonight. I was going to broil the lamb and then slice it on top of some pasta with roasted garlic and onion marinara, and have some mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, broccoli, and baby potatoes) on the side.
Does this sound like it will be good, or does it sound like a disaster?
Also, how done should I make the steaks? I don't like a lot of pink, but should there be a little pink or no pink?
