Cooking Frozen Flounder?

bought some frozen flounder for Lenten Fridays and since last year already forgot how to cook it.
do i have to defrost it first?
also, thinking to pan fry and coat it in seasoning, but if the fish is frozen how do i get the seasoning to stick?

You have to defrost it first no matter how you cook it otherwise it will become like rubber

you'd have to defrost the fish first or the fish is not going to cook all the way to the center. just sit it on yoru kitchen counter, it shuold take that long to defrost. after it is defrosted, pat it dry with some paper towels. to coat the fish with some seasonings, rub the fish with some veggie oil then coat with your seasonings. hope this helps!
