Hi Guys, hope you can help me out.
I have a great girl coming over for our third date, i've been snooping around the internet for the perfect recipe to seal the deal...
I'm cooking Chilean Sea Bass, topped with Salsa Fresca and baked in a casserole dish. I'm kinda lost on what veggies and side to cook with it...
Im thinking asparagus (Roasted) and carrots(thinly cut and baked in garlic, honey, butter and salt then serve cold) ....i had mashed potatoes on the list, but i'm sure.
Im gonna have Red Wine, Merlot to be precise (for whatever guys know what they're talking about)
Also, for dessert i'm buying a heavy chocolate cake from a local store.
Please help me out guys, this girl rocks, and i want to surprise her by the fact that i don't make her fish fingers!
I work in a bar and restaurant , and i'm going to sit her down and literally serve her as if i'am her waiter. yeah, i'm pretty hilarious. ....Can i interest you in the wine list Ma'am?!
