Q qaezel New member Mar 17, 2010 #1 Why when you stir-fry chicken, you only have to cook the chicken for 4 minutes, but when you make some dishes, like curry, you cook and then simmer for 20 or even 30 mins? Does this overcook the chicken? Does the chicken lose any nutritional value?
