I am making a 3.5 pound beef roast in the crock pot. i had a can of white sausage gravy in the cabinet. i seared the roaqst in a pan with some oil then put it in the crock pot. i poured the gravy into a bowl and mixed some water into it to loosen it up then poured it in ontop of the meat. then threw the usual onions and carrots and potatoes in with a little more water. ive never tried it with the gravy before and have never heard of anyone else either. i have no idea how its gonna be, anyone got any ideas on what to expect of it or have had it before?
