i have a 55 gallon tank set up with a medium gravel bottom and slate rock work with plenty of caves and swim thrus. i have 2 jewels 2 convicts and one pleco. The jewels are about 3 inches long one is noticeably more aggressive and colorful then the other but i have not seen any breeding behavior or pairing off. the convicts are of the same size if not larger. one of the convicts readly eats food given to it, blood worms and pellets.. but the other is very timid and only will eat a little food that comes very close to it and shys away from the pellets that drift by, im afraid shes gonna die (she has an orange underbelly and tail so i assume shes female). what can i do to help her get more food?
