Converting Video for HTC Legend? No Sound?

I just got a HTC Legend, and I transfered some videos (a few TV Epidoes) which are all .mp4, the actual video works fine, just there is no sound. I have checked the volume, and tried it with and without headphones - there is just no sound. Anyone know how to get the sound working too?
