Are there any reasonably priced machines that will scan photo negatives and turn them into jpeg/ similar files?

I've got loads of old negatives that I want to computerise and am looking for the most cost effective way of doing this. Any ideas? Thanks!

Yeah, if you search for 35mm Slide & Negative Digital Converter on google, the shopping results show machines that will do this. They're a little bit pricey, but not too bad (over $50, under $100). Unfortunately, I don't think there's a store you can go to get this done.

These devices to exist. Many companies offer them for sale, however this one has produced the best results for the most reasonable cost.
