Convert flv to MPEG-4?

does anyone know of a way to convert a flv movie ( 1:30 miuntes long) into an MPEG-4 movie. I have tryed some programs that you can download but they all give you a trial version that only lets you convert 3 minutes worth of film. or you have to pay for it. does anyone know a free program or site that lets you convert the hole movie??

upload the movie to youtube. once thats done click on your video and up at the url put "kiss" right after www. then you can choose a download the file type, id choose mp4, its basically just like mpeg4 and bam. if that doesnt work oh well, i tried.

Use the free program called 'Any Video Converter'. It can be downloaded from their official website and download.com. Google it.

ffmpeg would do it without a problem and is completely free.
