Convert C75 to ME75, is it possible?

If anyone knows if C75 can be flashed with ME75 firmware, I suppose
must change model name in flash first to be able to flash with siemens
update tool;
I think that pcb's are almost identical in C75 and ME75, am I right?
 
For the reverse procedure ( ME75 -> C75 )

but I want to know which phone have more advanced options C75 or ME75?
I know the procedure with x65flasher but could not find data for patching flash;
