Convert an .ASPX website to PHP?

I need to convert an aspx website to php. There are .dll files involved and an MSSQL database. I have five years of PHP and MYSQL experience.

We need to do some modifications to the website checkout engine, and if we can convert it to PHP, this can be done without problem.
