I have a .mov file that I want to convert to an .swf file so I can put it on Newgrounds.com...but I can't use a downloaded converter because I'm not the administrator of my laptop. So nothing needing downloads just completely web based. So I'm wondering if there is a web based converter like video2mp3.net only for converting movies. Thanks.
