Conver MMF files to Midi

hiya to all.
i have lots of mmf files wid me.. and ma 6230 does not support it!!!
How can i convert it....
i tried dis site http://www.mp3towav.org/Mobile-Music-Polyphonic/help-1.asp
but i am totally CONFUSED
is there any other way to change its format!!!
