The TV remotes sends codes to the television.
Specific codes... Each brand have its own...
You'll have to download an application which can send these codes to the TV...
Instantly the phone won't control it..

And that app Mastermind5000 told us is for Nokia phones... It won't work in SE's. The app file is .sis, while SE use .jar
