Continuity errors in Waterloo Road

As much as I love the show there's been so many continuity errors lately and its really hard to watch the show when stuff like this I have a headache right now so ill go into the most recent one... didnt finn and whats his name get suspended for the disgusting way they treated harry:confused::confused:
 
Mine's another question because I can't remember for sure... Didn't what's his name's dad have a problem with his gayness? And has his sexuality been forgotten about? It was a really big deal when he realised.
