Continue driving my 1997 Honda Accord with 202k miles or buy a new car?

Obviously interest rates are low, but my old Honda seems to be running pretty well, especially for a car with more than 200k. Of course, the power windows work very sloooowly now and the radio comes on and off intermittently. Other than those things, I've had normal maintenance over the years, including replacing the exhaust system a couple of years ago. I don't necessarily see any major costs in the next year or two. Is it better financially to keep driving an existing paid-off car with lots of miles (and possible problems that I can't foresee) than buy a new one?

What do you think?

Also, what does a decent car with some pick up (unlike our other car, a 2006 Scion xB) cost nowadays? We'd need something that seats 4 and has a decent reliability record.

Thanks for your thoughts.
