Conti Attack tyres

In the past i've always gone for Diablo's or Mich 2CT's but the last owner fitted my 916 with continental tyres. Given that a lot of my riding will be on track (albeit very slow!!!!) should I just ditch the conti's or will they do the job after warming them up? they've only got about 50miles use so far so it seems a shame to ditch them.

Any advice?

Well now i've done a track day on the Conti attacks and they held up pretty well, although I was a bit dubious about lower the tyre pressure to my normal track day pressure. Although they were ok, I think I feel far more at home on the Corsa 111's so think I will probably changet them and keep the conti's for when i'm feeling really skint

Yep i agree that they are not good under 32psi there seems to be an unwillingness to turn in on corners but since i ride my bike 99% of the time on the road at 36 to 38psi they suit me and inspire confidence.

For road use I think they pretty much equal anything else especially in the wet, I took mine out in torrential rain yesterday and she felt really planted (now i just have to clean her arrrg!)

Anyone try the new dual compound Bridgestone BT-016?
Looks like a contender.
